Vikesh Sushil Lunawat is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University in 2009, an Advanced Program in Financial Planning in 2010 and Master of Commerce from Mumbai University in 2011. He has more than 15 years of professional experience, including 14 years in the textile sector. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with MTC Business Pvt. Limited as Overseas Branch Representative (2010–2011) and with MS Metals and Steel Pvt. Limited as Finance Manager (2011–2012). He joined the Company in 2011 as Director and oversees for overall management of the Company, including manufacturing, sales and business development and business strategy.
Sushil Kumar Lunawat is the Promoter, Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Bangur College, Pali in 1978 and has 47 years of experience in the textile industry. He started his career in 1978 as proprietor of Sushil Kumar and Company, engaged in trading clothing material until 1985 and subsequently founded Shree Textile Agency, which he managed from 1985 to 2018. He is the founder of the Company and oversees Accounts, Finance and HR functions of the Company.

PRIYANKA CHOPRA

Priyanka Chopra is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur (2009) and has 16 years of experience in the textile industry. She began her career in 2009 as Founder and Fashion Curator of Pritva Creation, managing a boutique specializing in women’s ethnic and fusion wear. She joined the Company as Director with effect from September 02, 2024 and was re-designated as Non-Executive Director on July 05, 2025. She is responsible for designing and product strategy of the Company.
Shubham Jain is the Independent Director of the Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan (2015) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Rajasthan (2018). He has been practicing as a Company Secretary for 6 years. He is the founder of M/s Shubham Jain, Practicing Company Secretaries, Jaipur and has been engaged in advisory related to corporate secretarial matters

Vaibhav Mandhana is the Independent Director of our Company since June 02, 2025. He completed his Chartered Accountant in the year 2011 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an IBBI-registered valuer for Securities & Financial Assets. He has around 15 years of post-qualification experience in valuation, audit, finance and related advisory services. He started his career with Grant Thornton (Walker, Chandiok & Co.) – Audit & Assurance team in the year 2010 and continued there till 2015. He founded V. Mandhana & Associates in 2016, where he presently serves as Proprietor.
